Disruption play tickets are now available for purchase. The play will be staged at the Park Theatre near London’s West End from the 7th of July to the 5th of August. Andrew Stein is the playwright of Disruption, which is directed by Hersh Ellis (Rain, Zoe Save The World). Set and costume designs are handled by Zo Hurwitz, with movement direction by Leanne Pinder, and lighting design by Robbie Butler. Asaf Zohar creates the sound design while Daniel Denton handles the video design. Roisin Martindale is the associate designer.

Storyline

Nick, a tech whiz, believes he has discovered the secret to happiness. Fresh off of his success in Silicon Valley and profitable exit, he shares with his closest confidants his latest invention: an innovative algorithm so complicated that it outperforms human intelligence and promises to guide them through life's most important decisions with accuracy and ease. But as technology continues to pervade every aspect of modern life, we must wonder whether machines truly know us better than we do. And if they do, should we heed their advice without question? Park Theatre is the vision of Artistic Director Jez Bond and Creative Director Melli Marie who managed to raise sufficient funding to transform the concrete building into a thriving new theatre venue, gathering support from the theatre community including stalwarts like Ian McKellen and Alan Rickman, the media, and, most importantly, residents in the area. The structure, constructed by David Hughes Architects for £2.6 million, opened in May 2013 to excellent acclaim from reviewers. It is located near Finsbury Park station, not far from the West End.
