Storyline
The story of Eureka Day play takes set in 2017 at Berkeley, California's progressive Eureka Day school. The parents on the Executive Committee are quite proud of the school's inclusiveness and welcoming culture, which applies to all students. But as soon as the neighbourhood is threatened by an attack of a dangerous disease, their commitment to toleration and solidarity is put to the test. Five members of the Eureka Day school board discuss and struggle to reach a consensus on the school's policy guidelines as they consider vaccinations in contemporary America.
