Storyline
Phil, an apathetic TV weatherman, is assigned to cover Punxsutawney's Groundhog Day for the third time in a row. Having no interest in participating further than what is required of him, he goes through with it and moves forward, assuming his job was done. But when he wakes up the next day, expecting a regular life, it's somehow Groundhog Day yet again; this sets off quite the wild ride!
