Lyric Theatre, was opened for the first time in December 1888. Originally constructed for operetta, it has since played host to a diverse range of drama, comedy, and musical productions. As part of Nimax Theatres, Nica Burns and Max Weitzenhoffer purchased the Lyric Theatre in 2005. Over the years, it has presented a wide variety of plays, musicals, and dramas, the most recent of which is La Voix - Eighth Wonder of the World.
