A pocket of Joy - Oliver! gets an extension in London

London, consider yourself....lucky! Following rave reviews and unprecedented demand, London's hottest ticket just got extended. The sensational new production of Oliver! will now run at the Gielgud Theatre until March 29, 2026, with extra Sunday matinees added from March 2025.

The fresh take on the classic musical masterpiece combines Cameron Mackintosh's legendary expertise with Matthew Bourne's innovative choreography, to capture both the grit and heart of Dickens' London.

Following its record-breaking summer season at Chichester Festival Theatre, the production has captured audiences' hearts with the beloved story of an orphan boy. The show's young performers, carefully selected through a nationwide search, bring extraordinary energy to Fagin's gang of pickpockets. With the role of Oliver Twist shared by talented young actors Cian Eagle-Service, Raphael Korniets, Jack Philpott, and Odo Rowntree-Bailly, audience members are led into a dramatically realized Victorian London.
