Tony-award winning Hadestown reveals complete West End cast

Dónal Finn (The Wheel of Time) and Grace Hodgett Young (Sunset Boulevard) will join Anaïs Mitchell's West End production of Hadestown as Orpheus and Eurydice, respectively. The Tony-winning musical Hadestown recently announced its entire cast for its West End comeback at the Lyric Theatre.  

Zachary James (The Addams Family) joins as Hades, Melanie La Barrie (& Juliet) as Hermes, Gloria Onitiri (Cinderella) as Persephone, and Bella Brown, Madeline Charlemagne, and Allie Daniel as the Fates. The cast includes Lauren Azania, Tiago Dhondt Bamberger, Beth Hinton-Lever, Waylon Jacobs, Christopher Short, Lucinda Buckley, Ryesha Higgs, Miriam Nyarko, and Simon Oskarsson.

Hadestown features music and lyrics by the Grammy Award-winning Anaïs Mitchell and is directed by Rachel Chavkin. The creative team comprises David Neumann (choreography), Michael Krass (costume design), Bradley King (lighting design), Nevin Steinberg, and Jessica Paz (sound design), Rachel Hauck (scenic design), Michael Chorney and Todd Sickafoose (arrangements and orchestrations), Liam Robinson (music supervision and vocal arrangements), and Ken Cerniglia (dramaturgy).

Hadestown intricately weaves together two timeless love stories: the tale of the young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice and the complex relationship between King Hades and his wife, Persephone.
