The best seats at this theater are in the Stalls, Rows D-F. These seats have clear, unobstructed views of the stage and are close enough you can see every nuance of the performance yet not too close as to have you straining your neck to see above the stage's front edge. At premium rates, you can expect premium comfort and a truly immersive experience.
Churchill Theatre has staged productions like The Commitments and Greatest Days - Bromley in the past. Stay tuned for its upcoming season.
Both sections have wheelchair-accessibility at this venue, though the Stalls are more suitable for patrons using wheelchairs. The Stalls has a lift from the Terrace that stops at the level of Row F, which has one wheelchair-designated seat (36) with a companion seat. Transfer seats are also available (E33 and G40). The Circle has 6 accessible seats in the rear Row HH, accessible from the Circle Foyer. There is a lifting platform from the Terrace to reach these seats, so they have step-free access, though the rest of the section is only accessible via deep stairs.
Seats in the rear rows of both sections tend to be the cheapest. For a better balance between affordability and great views, try rows EE and FF in the Circle and Rows J and P in the Stalls.
The Stalls is a mildly raked section in the front of this theater that has a capacity of 605 seats. It has some of the best views of the stage, particularly from the middle rows. The rear rows are far more affordable, but the view from here is sometimes obstructed because of the distance from the stage and the overhang from the Circle behind it. Despite this, the Stalls offer an immersive experience. The section has wheelchair accessibility and offers companion and transfer seats as well.
The Circle is an elevated and raked section of this theater with about 176 seats. It sits behind the Stalls, overhanging it above the rear seats. The vantage point from this section allows you to see the whole stage, which is especially great for larger productions like musicals. Seats in the middle rows offer the best experience, usually at less-than-premium rates. The section also has wheelchair-accessible seats in the rear row, accessible from the Circle Foyer.
