The Stalls consist of rows varying in length from 14 to 26 seats. Without a central aisle, extra legroom is found only at the ends of most rows. The best views are from the centre seats, typically between rows D and H, which tend to be the most expensive. Seats at the far sides or the back may have restricted or distant views, with lower prices reflecting this. Thanks to the gentle rake, the Stalls offer a decent viewing angle and reduced obstructions from those sitting in front.
The Dress Circle features seats in a single block. The row lengths range from 12 to 28 seats, without a central aisle, so the best legroom is at the ends of each row. The steep rake provides clear, unobstructed views across the section. The central seats near the front offer the best views and are typically more expensive. Seats at the far sides, especially in longer row A, may have restricted angles. There are also four Boxes on the sides of the Dress Circle—A, B, C, and F—that each hold two to three seats.
The stage seating is considered to have the best views of the stage.
For an up-close view, aim for Center Stalls (D-H). If you prefer a broader perspective, the front of the Dress Circle (A-C) offers a great elevated view. Remember, the Dress Circle requires navigating stairs.
Trafalgar Theatre is playing People, Places, and Things.
The Stalls offer designated wheelchair & companion seating with level access via a lift. The Dress Circle, unfortunately, requires navigating stairs and is not recommended for limited mobility.
Try Stalls sides (toward the ends) or further back (beyond row H) for a decent view at a lower price. In the Dress Circle, the middle rows (avoid the very front) can be a budget-friendly option, but remember the section requires stairs.
